Tong Kosong Nyaring Bunyinya

The 'Tong Kosong Nyaring Bunyinya' kind of people are exist. They talk too much and critize too often. I add 'too' because after they've been given some chances, they do nothing.
Facing people like that, I should say 'at least, you do and make something' to myself.
