Front Liner
As a secretary, I used to face big boss every day, almost all of time of my workday. It's challenging and depressed as well. I should give the best of me in front of her.
Now, as a Master of Training, It's more depressed. I should serve not only one but around 30 people. I should try to please everybody. When i try to enforce the classroom rules, some who break the rules will hate me. They evaluated me based on their feeling for me.
Every week i face, please, being evaluated by new people.
Ok, Its my choice of being widyaiswara. I've learned a lot of failed communication that i've done. Ugh, It's tough though.
